Teacher or Learner account — what's the difference?
When you sign up you choose Teacher or Learner. Teachers can use everything. Learners use the Learners area (notes, past questions) and the Test Generator, but cannot make lesson plans, schemes, teaching notes or promotion tests. If you chose the wrong type, contact admin to switch it.
Which curriculum and calendar do you follow?
KG, Primary and JHS follow NaCCA's Standards-Based Curriculum and Common Core Programme, in the NaCCA lesson plan format, with 3 terms: Term 1 = weeks 1–8, Term 2 = weeks 9–16, Term 3 = weeks 17–24. SHS follows the new SHS curriculum in the Learning Planner format, with 2 semesters: weeks 1–12 and 13–24. For SHS, pick a week and that week's topic fills in for you.
Lesson plans
You get 2 free lesson plan previews. Downloading or printing a plan needs a code (GHS 10), which unlocks 2 plans. Each plan you unlock gives you 2 more free previews. If your code still has a use left, you can unlock any earlier plan in one click with 'Unlock with my balance'.
Schemes of work
1 free scheme of work per term (Basic) or semester (SHS) — saved to your dashboard and downloadable. GHS 5 unlocks 2 more.
Merging lesson plans
Join your weekly plans into one Word file in week order. 2 free merges per term/semester; GHS 5 unlocks 2 more.
Notes for teachers
Teachers get 1 free note a week (quick or detailed) to read on screen, and can keep 1 free note saved at a time. GHS 5 gives 2 saved, downloadable notes; GHS 50 gives unlimited notes for a month. For detailed notes you can choose the number of pages and add aspects that must be included.
Notes for learners
Learners get 2 free notes a week to read on screen, with no limit on how many are kept. GHS 5 gives 2 saved, downloadable notes; GHS 20 gives unlimited notes for a month (learner accounts only). Free notes can be unlocked later with a paid balance.
Test generator
Teachers get 2 free test previews per term/semester (and can keep 2 free tests at a time); GHS 5 gives 2 more. Learners get 1 free test a day. Every test is saved to 'My Saved Tests'. Downloading or printing a test with its marking scheme costs GHS 5 for 2 downloads — even if you come back later. Unlimited test generation and downloads: GHS 30/week or GHS 100/month. You can set how many of each question type and the marks for each, and adjust DoK levels.
Promotion trial tests
Tests are set by rank (Superintendent to Director I) and marked instantly. You get 2 free trial tests a week in total — from manuals, the general syllabus, or 1 of each (preview only; general syllabus up to 30 questions). One promotions subscription gives unlimited access to everything in Promotions — tests, manual downloads, past questions, marking schemes and merging: GHS 30 a week or GHS 100 a month. Without a subscription, GHS 5 gives any 3 tests of your choice plus 2 downloads.
Promotion manuals
All manuals can be read online for free. Downloads (watermarked PDF) are unlimited with a promotions subscription, or use one of the 2 downloads in the GHS 5 single plan.
Past questions
BECE and WASSCE papers can be read online for free. Downloading costs GHS 5 per subject. SHS learners can filter papers by a week's topic.
Where do I find my work?
Open your Dashboard: My Lesson Plans, My Codes, My Saved Notes, My Schemes of Work, My Saved Tests and My Promotion Tests. Everything you generate is kept there, so you don't spend your allowance again.
How do I pay?
Pay online with Paystack (unlocked instantly), or send the amount by MTN MoMo to 0241113791 / Telecel Cash to 0208094005 (Mohammed A. Suraj) using your phone number as reference. Admin confirms and your unlock appears on your dashboard.
How do I install the app on Android?
Open the site in Chrome, tap the menu (⋮) and choose 'Install app' or 'Add to Home screen'.
How do I install the app on iPhone?
Open the site in Safari, tap the Share button, then 'Add to Home Screen'.
Can I edit what I download?
Yes. Downloads open in Microsoft Word (or Google Docs / WPS) and are fully editable.
